The fun of talking to readers!
Hi everyone,
I wanted to talk about some of my favorite book fairs I did. My most memorable one was at this little tea shop that used to be in Garden City. They closed down, but not before I was able to do the release of The Hunt for Xanadu there. You see, the book was based in Tibet, there were tons of discussions of food and tea and I thought the ambiance would be fantastic, which it was. I had brought all these Tibetan snacks with me for people to try and it was such a fun time talking about the novel.

Another great book fair was at Millneck Manor School for the Deaf. The facility is so beautiful and there was a 4 hour literacy book fair. At that event I promoted my YA thriller series called FLYING TO THE LIGHT and FLYING TO THE FIRE, along with my buddhist thriller series. These books are about a young deaf boy who knows about the afterlife and people are after him. I thought that would be ideal for the location.
